- THB 500 cash key deposit is required at check-in and returned at check-out.
- Please present the reservation acknowledgement and a valid passport.
- The full stay amount is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
- Rates are net in Thai Baht.
- Accepted cards listed by the booking engine are Visa, Mastercard and JCB.
- Names on the reservation should match the guests’ passports.
- Guests aged 7 years and older, or 110 cm and taller, are considered adults under the stated policy.
- For a child under 7 years or under 110 cm, one child per booked room may stay with adults; contact the hotel for clarification.
- An extra bed is available only for the Air-Con Superior Twin Room and Air-Con Family Two Double Room, at THB 200 per night.
- Room modification is permitted up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability and the stated conditions.
- Cancellation at least 2 days before check-in is stated as a 5% booking-cost charge.
- Less than 2 days before check-in, same-day cancellation, no-show, and changes after check-in are stated as 100% charge / no refund.
